Thanks Trish. It was great to see what all the other schools have been doing with the LTLL Process. We pick up some great ideas that we can adapt for our school. It was great to hear that we are on the right track, however with the advice form Mick and Charles we have decided to cut our 5 focus areas down to just 2. The 2 areas we will be focusing on are:
· Focus 5: Educative leadership - Leadership building culture and community - Celebrates key events and achievements as a community
· Focus 6: Authentic Learning - Organising for learning - Uses technology to support teaching and learning. - Allocates resources with a priority on learning.
I have also attached our LTLL presentation for anyone who would like to view it.
